What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with very intelligent and hard working people. I enjoy working with my team every day. Not all of the WFM teams are as high quality and i do not always enjoy working with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WFM has noncompetitive benefits for its knowledge workers. People work here because they believe in the mission of creating a healthy world through good food, but we are not competitive in our 401k ($140 match is pathetic), health benefits, or lack of holidays.
