It is a great place to work, especially if you are starting in the industry. People are willing to help you grow and see you succeed. The company has been changing though, it is getting bigger and the culture will eventually change a little, but so far it is still a great place to work,

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are positive, willing to help, understandable, there isn't any crazy pressure. We get things done, which is great, and most people are willing to go out of their way to make sure we accomplish our goals on time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, in particular, is formed by people who won't measure efforts to help you at any time you need, any time, any day. I know it is not common, but I am lucky to be surrounded by a great group of people.
