I contracted with Whole Foods before becoming a full-time Team Member and I thoroughly enjoyed the overall company mission and values, as well as the work atmosphere. I wish pay and benefits (and PTO) were better but definitely a great company to work for and grow within.

Better PTO would be nice; doesn't seem comparable to industry

It is a very open and friendly atmosphere with a huge emphasis on collaboration.

Staying busy and feeling like I am doing something that is helping someone, even if it's just one person
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all super friendly, collaborative, and helpful. No one seems like they will take advantage of anyone to get ahead
