They are all very smart individuals that I enjoy working with, and learning from each day. They are the reason working at WFM is an enjoyable experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Corporate members are not properly compensated especially considering the fact that we do not receive a 401k match, do not accrue sick days, do not receive holidays off, had the employer HSA contribution decreased, and have limited PTO.
