When I consider past jobs, this is the best team I've ever worked on. My leaders vouch for me & encourage me to grow and succeed. But, WFM makes it hard for people to stay. We don't have paid family leave or a 401k match. We only get 5 floating holidays/year & PTO accumulates slowly for new people.

Our specific team is wonderful to collaborate with. We all feel welcome to share ideas and strategies and work together to find the best possible outcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is disappointing overall. The salary and Team Member discount are nice, but the lack of paid family leave and 401(k) match more than cancel out those two positives.
