Our team has made tremendous improvements over the years since the Amazon merger. I feel they have done a great job trying to preserve our culture while improving operational systems
What did you like most about the interview process?
The panel interview process is scary for candidates, but the most fair procedure I've experienced. It is truly unique in selecting the best candidate. I enjoy the due diligence process where you are encouraged to converse with panel members before the actual interview
