Overall, I've had a very positive experience. I have learned a ton, I'm constantly challenged and never bored. My team is great, although we have grown very quickly and experienced some growing pains. I take great pride in the work we do and love seeing it come to life when shopping in our stores!

It is an innovative, collaborative, and empowering work environment full of good people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to directly impact both our customers' and store TMs' experiences. It is very rewarding!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are principled and seem to consider more than just profits. Also, they try to be open and honest with TMs and create forums for us to voice our opinions/needs/wants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have an enormous amount of experience/expertise and truly care about the both the customer and TM experience. Most folks on the team are incredible team players and will jump in to help anywhere it might be needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's been a repeated theme during Culture Compass each year that WFM Tech salaries/benefits fall short of the industry standard. On top of that, some Tech teams are much better at getting folks promoted than others. It would be nice to see a consistent promotion process implemented across all teams.
