The reason most of us work at WFM is because it is more than just another job. All of those reasons are being eroded quickly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging social issues would be a good start. WFM won't take a stand on 'Black Lives Matter' or any racial justice issues. They won't even officially sponsor black team members to be highlighted on internal websites. The DI task force is an eyewash initiative.
