The emphasis on team members but that has been slowly reduced these last years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that are bonuses have been reduced to once a year and it's paid the year after we've worked and not done in a timely manner. For instance this year we are only receiving half of our yearly bonus and that's it.
