I wish that it felt like the executive team cared about its employees. Saying they want to re-focus on Team Member Happiness but not taking any steps to actually make TMs happy always hurts. To start, why can't we get matching 401k again?

Someone that has been at the company for less time, is younger, and has less experience just got promoted. I have been told to keep waiting for a promotion.
