What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great. He really cares about his employees and the job we do. Executive leadership is too fond of doublespeak
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Central and other office workers really need their own benefits plan. Store workers are often not aligned with what career TMs want at Whole Foods but are given much more say in the benefits. However, usually they are not career team members unlike Central and Regional TMs
