My work and my team are outstanding and very fulfilling; I feel like I always have an opportunity to grow and to help others do the same. I am proud of the company at large but I do feel that there are ways to make the experience better for team members, e.g;, permanently work from home or remotely

The feeling of accomplishment when being successful, whether at large projects or initiatives or at the daily everyday tasks.

The nature of team members to work together toward a common goal and to help each other out; treating each other with respect and care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really fits the definition of 'team'. Everyone has their own responsibilities and pulls their own weight but they also work together to bring the entire team to success. No one hesitates to step up to tackle an issue or help someone out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel our company tends to pay below average for most positions. The benefits are structured in a way that is not equitable across the workforce. Medical benefits, for example, are structured in a way that 'rewards healthy living' but leaves out those with chronic or genetic issues.
