The customer obsession. We're customer's too. When we see and issue it get prioritized quickly not just for us, but for the customer

There is a big sense of comradery. A lot of leadership's decisions apply to them as well so there is a sense of "we're all in this together"
What makes you most happy at work?
Fullfilment. I like the work that I do and I love that I get to show it off to friends and family (once it's launched). That and we're building tools and services that customers interact with directly! It's exciting
