I really enjoy the tech stack I am working in... hoping to continue to learn knew things to bring to the table... need a more clear path to advancement but will work on that with my manager over this new year.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together to get the job done. There are no "egos". If you have a question, there is always someone available to help you out. Collaboration is great. Everyone knows what they need to do and gets the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am severely underpaid, there should be better guidelines for a path to advancement within the company... there is no 401K match and unpaid holidays for salaried employees is a bit "old school". With companies offering unlimited PTO, 401K matches, better salaries... it will be hard for WFM.
