Willingness to swarm around a problem. Engaged, sense of humor, smart, adaptive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all mission driven. Whether it be the goals, values and principles of the company or the work that the teams do. It is all for the mission and has purpose.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like compared to the industry that I am at the same level of compensation. There have been several companies that are offering more for the level I am at and my team is at. We also don't offer a 401k match that is comparable to others.
