The share scheme is very good. The longer you work for Xero the more you accumulate which is why it's called a long term incentive scheme. The flexible work arrangements are also very good.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They skipped the technical interview as they could tell from my GitHub I already had a lot of experience. They were prompt getting back to me for follow up interviews.
