Our leadership team are transparent and approachable; you can go to them and ask almost anything (easy or challenging) and they will either give you answer or point you in the direction of someone who can.

Benefits and salary package are more than fair.

We have a clear philosophy and process for salaries so I always know that I'm being paid fairly and equitably for the work that I'm doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The impending cost of living crisis in the UK - nothing has been communicated about the plan to tackle this. Usually we don't give pay rises to match inflation, but this isn't a 'usual' year.

I do not feel undervalued per say, the market has changed with compensation, and being at the company for a while, I don't believe my compensation resonates with the market.

Everyone is happy to help no matter the task and will be supportive regardless of what it is you're trying to achieve.
