Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In short, people I speak with assume Zenith employees have great benefits (Pension, Annuity, H&W, Retirement H&W) and yet they are shocked and appalled to hear the benefits are subpar. When I receive job offers, the competitors promote their benefits knowing how poor the benefits are at Zenith.
