What is the best part about your compensation package?

My paycheck is good. My insurance is not great, and PTO time is not great.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My bosses boss is easy to talk to. They seem to be earnest in trying to understand what it is we do.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are all go getters. For the most part, we are in this together. There are other teams though who are still in a silo and make it hard to work with them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Diversity. Zenith is not yet as transparent as it should be however. Changes occur with little input from the people who are actually in the weeds or on the other side of the punching bag.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

For me, its driving by which Fund I am focused on for the day and which team I get to work with. There are some long term staff members that need coaching on soft skills. They can be unbearable to work with, and have such intense tunnel vision and cannot see anything outside their scope of work.
