Work almost universally with strong staff who care about their jobs and clients and members.

What makes you most happy at work?

Delivering good results to clients. Solving problems. Feeling like i have supported staff and done a good job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Staff cares and wants to see improvements in what is delivered to various clients. People have not given up that things might get better.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compared to staff I work with, I am paid fairly for my work. I have a lot of flexibility in my hours and what I do, which i greatly appreciate and separates this job from others.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clearer focus on member services and responding to Trust issues brought up. More resources devoted to things like online reporting and source systems used by business. Don't underserve the largest, most profitable clients. Clearer vision on goals of company and a per group budget, not just global.
