Our office has a positive approach to the office setting; however, we are not connected to the company and have very little interaction or exposure to the company culture.
They care but overall ZAS has a communication breakdown and staff are left lost and adrift. No one knows who is in charge of what or who to contact if issues. It doesn't seem like one company, just a collection of locations.
