What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I like most is the balance with family life. I really value the remote work option

I really like the health insurance benefits and everything we get at the office per-se. The Santiago office is an AMAZING place to work (deffinitely the best i've had in my almost 10 years as a Designer)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the balance with personal/family life, and the ease of collaborating or working as a team with colleagues from the USA

I feel like I can ask others for help and they are quick to jump in and give feedback, set up a call or meeting, talk something out, etc. without it affecting me negatively

There is a sincere concern to create spaces for sharing and getting to know each other (not just in Chile, but with the US team as well) Not only physically, but also through online activities, slack channels...

I love designing. I have a space here where design is respected, valued, and leveraged as a way to solve problems and put the user at the center

Shipping things and getting real user feedback on it, whether it's something that lights them up and makes them happy or it's critical feedback that pushes our product further. I also like 1 on 1 chats with people I can confide in that help me grow in my role or in life
