There has been a lot of change over the years with lots of new faces, goals, and strategies but the people and teams have always been hard-working and friendly.

The people are great and I feel we are working on important projects and trying to improve our product. However we have had to deal with shifting expectations, responsibilities, and frequent turnover which does not inspire confidence. Have never had a clear goal that was realized through a year.

A lot of highs and low. Great people and a lot of great work but turnover and shifting direction have made it difficult at times.

There are too many large, organization-wide, changes happening too frequently to keep up with a larger strategy. It Feels like we are too reactionary as a marketing department.
