It has been a rollercoaster of uncertainty but things seem to be settling into a comfortable spot. The company wants to be the best and be competitive. Leadership can be supportive and communicates well. I dont feel blindsided often.

Unlredictability in tasks. Keeps it interesting.

Transparent communication. Open door policies with approachability makes it feel welcoming.

Transparency. It can be fun to work here. It feels safe.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The recent changes have yet to settle everyone into a cohesive team environment. Its on track just not there yet. Some teammates need to pursue other career paths and avoid facilitating negativity, peer competitiveness or panic about assigned projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is getting better here, no doubt. The compensation and benefits package for the employees is still below average. No official available education/credentialing assistance, no stipends for phone/internet use in remote environments (even $50 is better than nothing.) Not a complaint.#Competitivenes
