Felt undervalued due to dry promotion and also % were not given as per my performance, it was flat % for all the team members

My team mates, the interaction with them and able to share and talk to them freely about anything makes me feel happy. We do have fun at work.

Flat pay raise for the enablers team in 2024 irrespective of your performance. Dry promotion in the last year. For 2024-25, I have played dual role until Sept 2024 as a TA and supporting HR functions, a good pay raise considering my contribution and performance would make me feel better
