Mos of the team is great, but there are a couple of people that tend to be difficult to work with

the projects that I get to work on and some of the team members involved since they are highly skilled professionals with vast knowledge

Our compensation is good but is not above market which makes it tempting for people to choose to go to other better paying companies, it does not help to have a high rotation of team members at all
