Feedback is constructive, there is openness to improve and change how we do things for the best. When you make a mistake there is no one out to get you and make you feel guilty.

There is no blame culture, everyone has an overall positive attitude even when there are problems. Also you are the owner of most of your deadlines which makes you set your own stress level. Not much micro managing which is good.
