Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I've enjoyed parts of my time at the company. I have the best manager anyone could ask for and a fantastic group of teammates, as well as a few good friends. The changes that have happened since Haveli took over have not been pleasant.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401(k) match is by far the best part of my comp package.

I have a fantastic manager and a handful of the best teammates I could ask for.

They are hardworking, dedicated, have great attitudes, and are always willing to help out even when it isn't their "job."

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to be straightforward and open about what's going on. I particularly appreciate David's approachability and his willingness to personally field questions from employees.

What makes you most happy at work?

My manager is one of the best people I've ever known. She is the reason I took this job and the reason I continue to stay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much micromanagement from C-level leadership. Too much conflicting guidance. Too many conflicting priorities. Too many hands in the cookie jars. How to fix it? I don't know.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There's too much micromanaging and too many conflicting priorities and obligations being pushed down from higher up. It's incredibly unclear what our focus is and frustrating to get so many different priorities from different people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are empowered and trusted to do our work without a bunch of needless oversight and micromanaging. I feel like my manager and leaders look for results, not how much time I'm spending answering Slack messages and emails.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am paid well, and the company does a great job in ensuring that I'm compensated according to the market value of my role. And the unlimited PTO is fabulous. I never abuse it, but it's nice not to have to worry about how many days I've "banked" when I get sick or want a short vacation.
