The pay is not as per industry standards as per the experience I have and for the contributions I put in for the team.

A compensation that is in-line with industry standards for the amount of experience I have and bringing back the employee benefits program with useful benefits would help

We have a bunch of motivated people at the company which also motivates me to do my best. It's great to be around like minded people as it also helps me learn from their experiences

If the compensation would be in-line with the industry standards while also considering the work we put in in our roles. Not limited to our responsibilities only but should also consider any additional projects we work on.
