Overall, it has been a positive experience. The day-to-day is pleasant, and compensation is fair. I don't always agree with decisions and strategies, but that's normal, and the folks making those decisions are far more qualified to make them than me so I can't complain!

I've had a great experience at ZeroFox. I've enjoyed the people and culture from day 1, I've consistently been given the opportunity to grow my role and learn, I've always been compensated fairly, and my efforts have been recognized.

Honest and open communication. Very few "optional" events outside of work hours.

People act normal at work. At past jobs, I've noticed cultures that encourage fake positivity, which is very disingenuous.

They ask a lot, but they're always supportive and they never ask more from me than they ask from themselves.

I enjoy the conversations with my co-workers and the sense of accomplishment and belonging that comes from contributing to a team and completing tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try keep things light which is extremely helpful when the work gets a bit intense. We've developed a culture of being ourselves and speaking honestly. We don't begrudge each other our time off or our flexibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I love most about ZeroFox's culture is our authenticity. No fake forced positivity and optional events are actually optional. By and large the leaders here have always said what they meant and meant what they say. This is the first company I've worked at where I can say that.
