Working at ZeroFox is an overall great experience, the compensation (in Bengaluru branch) is the only thing that can be improved upon in order to retain a lot of talent.

Would be great to see an overall increase in the base compensation across all experience levels and teams.

The workspace is very modern and inviting, and overall work culture feels fun and vibrant with different events and celebrations happening from time to time.

The colleagues, the leadership team, the events and celebrations held at office, they all make the work culture and environment of the company feel great.

Everything from getting to meet and interact with my colleagues from both my team as well as other teams, and getting to learn something new everyday in the field of Cybersecurity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a bunch of friendly and very approachable people. The HR team also does a good job of organising fun little events from time to time for employees to take part in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Multiple employees (not to mention, very talented people) keep leaving the company, mainly in the Bengaluru, India branch due to low monetary compensation. The compensation is quite low especially for a person to stay in an expensive city like Bengaluru :(
