Working at ZeroFox is a challenge, but it is also stimulating and can be rewarding from time to time. We solve complex problems for some of the largest organizations in the world, and for the most part out work is highly valued by our customers.
Overall I have a positive perception of my company, my coworkers, and the leadership team. I also have a generally positive opinion of our board and parent company. Again, there is an emphasis on transparency and doing what's right for the business that I appreciate.
Opportunity for a bonus, based on company performance.
For the most part people aren't satisfied with the status quo.
Solving problems for our customers as well as seeing deserving team members advance to managerial/leadership roles.
Transparency into the business and our goals as an organization. Willingness to be open and answer tough questions.
I have a lot of intelligent colleagues and coworkers who are driven and genuinely want to improve things.
We have a lot of intellectual curious team members and folks who genuinely care and want to improve things.
The opportunity to help people and at times see the direct results of our work manifested in customer success stories.

A high percentage of my co-workers are extremely driven, intelligent and highly motivated to solve problems for our customers. They think outside the box and understand the importance of driving value to our end users.
The leadership is highly transparent when it comes to company performance and why we are pursuing certain initiatives (and not others). They are more focused in how they run the organization than in other iterations of the company.
Team members are open to sharing ideas and talking through issues. While there are some internal political challenges to navigate, this is mostly kept to a minimum, and the focus is on how do we grow the business together.
I think overall there is a positive culture at the company and team members are generally interested in achieving positive results. However, there are pockets of negativity and personality clashes at times. Some of this is due to blurred swimlanes, some of it is due to perceived inequity in tasking
I wouldn't say I'm overly enthusiastic every day and if you had asked me this last year I would have said no. However, we are currently experiencing a very positive groundswell of activity and steps we have taken over the years as a management team are starting to pay off.
