My overall experience with the company has been positive. There has been very little stress (except are contract renewal time) and not a great deal of stress when it comes to the job. There is plenty of flexibility in accomplishing each day's or week's work that makes for easy going environment.

Even as a remote company, there is still an attempt to foster a team environment

As long as the work is getting completed and up to expectations, there is no pressure.

The stress free work environment. The goals and expectations have been set and as long as performance is meeting those, there is no pressure.

The frequent town hall meetings are a great way to hear directly from executive leadership about what is currently going on in the company as a whole and what is upcoming.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all engaged in meeting the needs of the contract. Self-starters that are continually identifying new ways of doing things, seeking improvements to our processes, helping each other when roadblocks are encountered.

The low stress environment. There are things that need to be accomplished but there is latitude in how they get done. At the end of the day as long as the taskings are done, done well and to the customer's and manager's satisfaction, I have the freedom to do my work.
