Overall Positive. I love the work that I am doing and feel motivated to produce high quality work because I care about the projects I am involved in. On the flip side, there are times that I am stretched very thin and at capacity which causes stress and feelings of burnout.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small agile team where everyone has clearly defined roles. This allows us to accomplish a lot of work in a fast and efficient manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a strong focus on the overall financial wellness of the company. I also appreciate the frequent All Hands meetings where they communicate strategy, wins, and other key big picture insights.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small and agile - Everyone works hard and is very capable at their particular roles. Our team has clear communication and no one ever hesitates to ask questions or reach out when something is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the happy hours and team building activities. It can feel very siloed between business units and other teams at times so opportunities to get away from our desks and chat with others is always appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction of a "job well done" - I take pride in my work and I always ensure that all my deliverables are high quality. I appreciate it when someone takes the time to say "thank you" or "nice job" once something is finalized.
