work environment is generally supportive and that team members are willing to help each other when needed. There is also a good sense of teamwork and collaboration, which makes it easier to work through challenges and get things done

One area I feel could be improved is compensation. Considering the consistent workload and the 11-hour workdays we often put in, I feel the current pay does not fully reflect the time, effort, and commitment expected from employees.
