They seem to do what's best for the employees, customers and company.
My team works together cohesively. We all get along well and there is no drama.
They seem to care about the employees as a whole as much as they do about the company.
The APPLE benefit. It is nice that non-sales employees receive compensation for their hard work in the well-being of the company.
They care not just about our work, but about our personal wellbeing and family as well. My team feels like family.
We have a lot of fun when we're together. We're able to bounce ideas off each other and work efficiently together.
Our team works very well together. There is a lot of communication and we have fun when we are all in the same room together.
Our team works well together. Our management team is always looking for ways to help each of us improve and better ourselves personally and professionally.
They seem to care about their employees and work to ensure we have work life balance. They're also invested in DEI and bringing your authentic self to work.
For the amount of time I have worked for the company I receive a significant amount of PTO each year. We also receive several benefits at no cost to us.
We have a busy, but productive team. We work well together and it shows during our meetings when people stop in the room to find out what we're laughing about.
There is no drama! While a majority of our team is female everyone gets along. Everyone builds each other up instead of tearing them down here. It's an amazing culture.
They seem to truly care about their employees. Heading focus groups to see how they can improve. Heading ERG's to make sure employees feel comfortable coming to work as their authentic selves.
We're like a family. When we get together, we spend a lot of time laughing and we're able to bounce ideas off each other and get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Our team is like an extended family. We meet in person once a month and when we're not in the same room we keep in touch via group chats at work and outside of work.
Especially now after last year's survey they seem more invested in trying to get feedback from employees on how they can do better. I like that they make appearances at staff appreciation days and have come to meetings when they're available.
My leadership team (manager, senior manager, director) show on a regular basis that they care about me and the members of our team as people not just employees. They go out of their way to make coming to work an enjoyable experience.
Everyone seems to enjoy the work they're doing and enjoys the company. I've never worked for a company where people seem to enjoy going to work or being at work. No one talks about hating their job/coworkers/manager here. There is NO drama!
This is the most inclusive business culture I've ever worked in. I'm not afraid to come to work, be myself and not be judged for it. I actually feel like I fit in here as myself and I don't feel like I have to pretend.
Our director and managers have tried not only to find people who are qualified for the positions but who have a personality that fit well with the rest of the team. We have a team that actually enjoys getting together. We've celebrated together and mourned together.
My direct team is very supportive of each other, we're all within different parts of our career so there is no feeling of competition among us. It's easy to bounce ideas off each other or give feedback without feeling like someone is trying to one-up you.
There is no negativity. No one comes into work happy every day, but they don't let their mood affect their coworkers. There is a lot of change happening within our department and no one is reacting negatively to it - it is an opportunity to grow.
Our team is like family. We go out of our way to recognize each other not only great things happening within our work lives, but also within personal lives (when shared). We surround those hurting and those who are celebrating equally. Outside of work we have been to funerals and open houses.
Our team works like a close-knit family. We work well together and there is no drama. Everyone is comfortable asking others for help when it is needed and knows that they will get help in return. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but strengths are utilized and weaknesses are built up.
They seem to genuinely care about the company and employees. During a recent town hall meeting the president of the company came into the crowd to shake hands with everyone, asked our names and where we worked. When no one asked questions he pointed people out and used their name to get questions.
The leadership team from the CEO to my manager stress that they want you to bring your authentic self to work. I'm VERY introverted, which makes me a bit socially awkward. I've never felt socially awkward or out of place here, which has helped me step outside of my comfort zone and grow.
We have an amazing team. Our managers have worked hard to make sure they hired the right people with the right skills and personalities that will work well together and fit in the jobs they're hired for. This has created a great work environment as well as a team that truly gets along.
They push work life balance and actually mean it. If you need time off work for any reason, there are no questions asked. If you need to come in late or leave early, that's okay. If you're sick and can't come in, that's fine (within reason). If someone is overwhelmed others pitch in and help.
When each person on our team was hired, they were hired not only for their skillset but also for how well they would fit with the rest of the team. Since we're a small team, this has helped our team dynamics. This has kept the drama from our team and also built a team with different soft skills.
