Many of my team members have been with the bank for 5 or more years, it helps to develop a strong bond and friendship.

The leadership team has been at the bank for many years and has a connection to the history of the bank as it has grown.

The recent change in the bonus program is very generous in that it pays on every dollar of production, not just on anything exceeding my goal for the year.

Putting our customer first when it comes to providing them with the best products and services. When there is a dispute or heartburn over a fee, I appreciate it when management is fair to the bank and customer.
