More compensation is desired and having executives that stick with what works best for our talent would definitely improve morale (one example is wfh policy changes). Working within the Salesforce platform can be challenging but these are just technical hurdles which can be overcome.

My experience has been good overall, although I haven't agreed with everything the executive team has decided to do over my 4+ years here. There has been a lot of fantastic talent that has left shortly after the pandemic and a 7% cut that seemed to only be because of increasing profitability.

Working with smart people in my team

Being able to solve problems and work with smart people.

The 4 weeks of vacation and the ability to work from home are the best part amount many other things.

You have a lot of flexibility on what you want to work on within your team and everyone is very helpful.

Everyone on the lower levels are super nice to work with, and will always help you out with any issues you have or clarification you need.

Getting to work with smart people and further my career. Figuring out creative solutions to problems internally and externally. Being able to participate in things like hackathons.

Retaining talent, Compensating employees to keep them, Making the work environment more functional instead of aesthetically pleasing, Not being hypocritical by saying one thing and doing another.

They could work on being more transparent and clearly defining goals. They also need to get out of an old fashioned in office mindset and be more empathetic to employees.

My direct manager is great, she helps push me in the right direction and as I gain more seniority, allows me to make my own choices in what I want to work on.

My teammates are great, they communicate pretty well, are extremely smart and capable, and they continue to try to improve. They also care a great deal about the product they are working on.

I love that we can communicate quickly and hop on a call at almost anytime to solve any issues that come up. I also like how driven everyone is. Everyone puts a lot of effort and genuinely care about their work.

It just seems like we lag behind what many other companies offer in terms of compensation. There are no bonuses nor stock RSU's given unless you are in a high position and performing highly. If I ask for a reasonable amount more, it has not been met.

My coworkers are great, smart, individuals that share opinions openly and allow for criticisms and other opinions to be heard. It is a team effort and we push to have a team consensus on everything we work on. I enjoy working in my team and hearing what everyone has to say.

I feel like a lot of people at the company are performing in roles 1 step above their current position. It seems like promotions are mostly given based on the amount of time spent at the company and not on how well you are performing. The compensation could also use a cost of living adjustment.

I feel like I've been stuck in my position for too long and am due for a bump in pay and position. It feels as though you have to know the right people/be friends with the right people to further your career and it is not entirely based on performance. Many remote companies pay more.

My team is great, we communicate openly, work on increasing speed and delivering a solid product. Everyone is very smart and capable. We all bring a different view to the table which helps us find creative solutions. And we all do our best to all help out anyone else on the team or in the company.
