This company feels like a cult. Voicing concerns or giving recommendations is like disagreeing with a preacher in the Bible Belt--people treat you like a heretic.

Stop the fake-happy routine, stick to a set of performance/production standards, and stop making us recite the company vision like children reciting the pledge of allegiance. It's demeaning.
