The position that I started in is not one that I ever thought I would have, however, the position I have transitioned into is the most rewarding position that I have ever been able to work!

I like feeling like I am earning exactly what I put in to my job

the culture and environment is one of the MOST supportive that I have ever worked in. Supportive of EVERYTHING!

They are not only concerned with helping their teams grow, but they are always open to feedback on them selves as well

the support and over all happiness that you pick up on from being a apart of your team and sharing the success.

Everyone on the retention team is always willing to step up and help out or give advice or show you easier steps. Its amazing to see the support from each of of them when someone is in need.

everyone loves to talk and celebrate everyone else else on the team, always there for you on hard day to keeping pushing you as well. Over all just happy and loving to apart of and help each other.

I enjoy helping these customers with the struggles they have with the process of the project. sometimes there is not enough communication with them and that gets frustrating on their end. I enjoy being the one they can count on to lessen the frustration

The leadership is interested AND invested in not only hearing what your goals are, but trying to help you achieve them. Not every company out there does that! Most will hear what they are and leave it to you to accomplish or push you aside if they don't see the potential.
