I love my job, but there is so much more that could be done here to make their employees happy and keep them. I wish that feedback given by lower level employees is actually taken into consideration instead of surveys that typically don't provide actual change.

I would say that 9/10 times, leadership is there to help lift you up when you're having a hard time instead of leaving you out to dry

I feel undervalued when ideas/suggestions are never considered, and when changes are suddenly made without any kind of warning. I would feel better about compensation with a bigger base pay. $17/hr isn't enough, especially when there are parts of our commission that are out of our control.
