Sunrun – Great overall experience. Lots of chiefs and not enough Indians. The recruiting plan is just "hire more" but there isn't necessarily a plan of execution. There are too many people flooded into the same markets and not enough sourcing tools. This makes for a challenging environment.

Recruiters should make market value. I am currently making the same amount that I made 9 years ago. My wage history has gone down instead of up. If you want to retain great talent you have to pay market price.
