It needed to be more thorough.

They need to work, not stand around and talk or reset the displays twice a day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone does everything instead of having distinct jobs they can perfect and excel at (which is what they do at other locations).
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They didn’t promote people based on merit or reasoning skills army store. They cared more about who fit with the image they wanted for the department/store even if it meant sacrificing employee happiness/ morale. My manager was totally incompetent
