In reference to "Your Company" I speak to my specific property. As far as AIM, I would speak lower to them specifically. the communication from the Corp office to their employees and then in turn to properties is not good. Also supporting a property should not be "open an M7 ticket" we have regional

As an Interstate associate, I feel that there were lost benefits, bonus structure decreased, fewer paid holidays, OEM status for managers in the building causes frustration.

He has his good and bad but overall I feel he supports me and my position and my colleges (EC) and all other levels of associat.
