On a local level with 2 hotels its positive except for challenges getting capital for basic upkeep hotel needs which bite into top line revenue and it is getting harder to book business because of this.

Sometimes more than money a local embrace from GM's to include the DOS's /ADOS's in day-to-day goings on, would be beneficial. On the flip side Sales could help the GM's offering info on any operational issues be brought to their attention without a "stay in your lane" attitude.
