Company has come a long way from Interstate merger. Just like travel, it has its ebs & flows. There is a lot of transition happening & while it is important to worry about the GMs/teams, I think above property is often forgotten. Unclear directions, changes in bonus payout have not been appreciated.

The culture in the SS Sales world is positive. Everything thing else I would say has area for improvement. We are very siloed again despite the BSC trying to make us aligned in our goals.

Everyone truly wants to help each other and ensure we are doing things that are best for our hotels, teams and company. There is not a single person I feel like I cannot call on in the SS division in Sales that would not want to help.

I believe that there is a large discrepancy between the SS and FS above property leaders pay. There is also a large discrepancy to what the different levels of leaders in the same division get paid. What is the motivation to want to grow to above property when the is a minimal increase.
