I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Alkami. I know this isn't super common, so I do feel lucky. My team is full of positive & passionate people. My leader trusts in my skills & expertise, & gives me challenges that I enjoy. I know Alkami isn't perfect but it is full of good people.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive - and I attribute it to my manager. My manager has built an incredible environment for the team and is intentional in providing the best experience possible. Not all managers are like her... but my experience has been amazing!

Creative projects! I love all of the projects that I get to do that are generative creative things like social posts, graphics, communications, slide decks, you name it!

The remote work environment is a godsend. Literally. I love working remotely,y and it has created incredible opportunities for me personally. While working remote can sometimes be disconnected, I meet with my team for work and fun virtually often enough to still feel connected!

I think the leadership team is genuinely trying to improve in ways to support ICs. They don't always get it right 100% of the time, but often I've seen leaders own when they get it wrong and do often seem to want to do better.

I am the youngest and most new to the industry/field out of everyone on my team and my team mates are so supportive and helpful when I ask questions and when I need help. They have helped me grow and learn without judgment or annoyance.

I really appreciate the RSUs. I have been able to utilize those units for strategic personal financial decisions that have truly helped me gain financial freedom. They are such a great incentive! No matter how our stock is performing - RSUs are always a great help!

I think our culture and general environment does try to focus on providing rewards and recognition and celebrate wins. I think that is something that leaders and programs have made very intentional - to try and give gifts, kudos, and cheers. Makes me want to share what I'm proud of.

I just have the best team ever. I've been with this team for over 3 years and we all have had such a positive time together, learning from one another, helping one another, and supporting one another's accomplishments! Our leader picked good people and holds us to a high standard of care/support.

I am in a smaller department and have 1:1 face time with the leadership team pretty often. I've appreciated getting to know them as people beyond their role, they are all very approachable and personable. And they trust me to use my expertise when they task with me with something -- they rely on me.

The money! JKJK, as someone younger in their career I have been very happy with my HSA and the ability to set that aside as a retirement vehicle. Our company match for our 401k is nice, but could be better. I've been incredibly happy with the RSUs!! Wish I had more lol

Every single team member is passionate about what they do and skilled in their field. As a more junior member, I have learned SO MUCH from my team mates & they have never made me feel bad for asking for support. We created team norms early on and reinforce them often. Also they are just good people.

I work in a more creative sector of Alkami and genuinely love a few small tasks that I have every month where I get to hop into Canva and just have fun creatively. I also really enjoy when I am on a joint project with a team mate and we get to have working sessions and hang out productively.
