I think this is probably one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I think the compensation and work like balance are outstanding. I have concerns about my job stability as more roles slowly continue (including executive) to be moved outside of the USA. I'm happy to be here while I still am.

I think I'm compensated here more than any place I've ever worked. I really feel like I'm valued. I think the health benefits are adequate and I dont have many complaints.

My team has a lot of knowledge from working together so long. When I started I wasn't sure how I would fit in with them since they've been working together so long. They welcomed me with open arms and helping me along the way. Great team.

Other companies I've been apart of are simply looking to check a box on a corporate checklist for inclusion. But here at Alkami it feels natural and it's really great. One of the smallest but most impactful gestures was they sent me a gift card for my birthday. That meant a lot to me.
