After surprise layoffs in 2 separate departments over 2 years though, and cost cutting techniques occurring, all after new management came in, I dread the day I come in to work to find I have been laid off despite my hard work

They need to recognize how they are treating workers and recognize the work we are doing. Many workers are not being recognized for a job well done, and job security feels non-existent. It seems as though positions are going to be moved off shore entirely by a certain date.
