I love the products we build and what we do to support the aerospace industry. Positive culture is knowing I did my best to support the overall goal, even though all the bad management decision made in quality department.

They need to be held accountable. One worker stole from a fender, but lied about taking something and management kept her job. People not being held accountable for work ethics, while those working hard are held to a different standard. Everything to be trained a standard way.

Communication from the top down to the bottom, and the bottom up to the top. Human factors in our industry are critical, and we keep making it harder on us by not following our policies and procedures. Listen to those on the floor trying to make a difference for our organization's future.
